I was part of the award winning training team at First Direct shortly after launch, where I learnt what *really* effective communication is. Four years at American Express included roles as a Call Centre Manager and International Training Manager, involving design and delivery of Customer Service and Leadership programmes globally.
I have designed and delivered training locally in Brighton, in London, across Europe and as far afield as Sydney, Australia and Ottawa, Canada.
As a consultant, I design and deliver behavioural training for large companies, e.g. Barclays Wealth, Thomas Cook, as well as for smaller, local companies.
I offer executive coaching at all levels.
During a career break for my three now teenage children, I established Jo’s Thing, a Fitness And Wellness enterprise, transforming the lives of 100’s of women in Brighton. I’m a double world record holder in indoor rowing, have run marathons and am a frequent podium finisher in Cyprus’ annual 10k road race.
