Whether you want to lose weight, get fit, knock a few seconds off your 5k (or 10k, or half marathon…) or just finally get rid of that jelly belly, you’ll be in good company at Jo’s Thing. Everyone has different starting points and goals, but the one thing we all have in common is wanting to enjoy our fitness and workout together.
Most people give up with fitness regimes because a) they don’t get results quickly enough and b) they get bored. In nearly three years, we’ve never done the same workout twice and rarely work for longer than a minute at a time. Don’t be fooled though – a minute can be a very long time when you’re working at high intensity! During each 60 minute workout, you’ll work all your major muscles groups, work on your core strength and include some cardio bursts, usually in the form of boxing. Clients who train with me 3 times a week, see body changes within a fortnight. It doesn’t take long!
You are welcome to come along for a free trial at 9.15 any weekday. You don’t have to make any commitment – come 5 times a week or once in a blue moon.
Or if you work full time (or just prefer to work out early), then come and join the Early Birds. Here, you do need to commit to 3 workouts a week for 3 weeks. Next programme starts Monday 24th June. Sign up soon if you want to be sure of a place.
