Less than a month until Christmas!
So, the mornings are getting darker, the temperature is getting lower and the Christmas parties are looming. Time to decide whether your body shape is going to be Christmas pudding or Christmas cracker shaped by the end of December! There’s plenty of time to make significant changes and plenty of choice as to how to go about it:
The next Early Birds programme starts on Monday 2nd December and takes us up to Friday 20th December – ready for Christmas! If you know you’d like to join us then do book in soon as it’s likely to get busy – even in the dark!
9.15′s are currently a great mix of newbies and fitties; every weekday at 9.15. Come daily, once in a blue moon or anything in between.
Our beginners’ running course is underway and seeing great improvements already. The course which began mid October is already seeing these ‘non runners’ running 4k non stop – they are so ready for the Santa Dash 5k next week! Our other running courses produced great results in the Brooks 10k race last week – 8 clients ran – 8 PBs! See the running page for details and give me a nod if you’d like to join some like minded ladies to improve your running.
